| A | Home Educator's Network is a non-profit corporation specializing in assisting parents who choose to use electronic media and community resources in the education and training of gifted-talented and learning disadvantaged children. In short, our program is a maturity leveling program. |
| Q | Who sponsors your program? |
| A | Home Educator's Network, Inc. has been and is being sponsored and financed by one person. Home Educator's Network, Inc. welcomes the support and donations from individuals and/or corporations who have an interest in children and their education. From time to time, sponsors are needed for tuition for students who cannot afford this program. For more information, on how you can become one of our sponsors, see our Sponsors section. |
| Q | How can I become involved in your program? |
| A | You can become involved at two levels: (1). as an enabler or, (2) as a client. if you would like to work with us send us e-mail indicating your interest in our program. If you wish to use our program for education of your children, you may register as an online user or purchase our Home School Basic CD . |
| Q | Is this program accepted in all States? |
| A | As stated we provide a universal curriculum for your use. For particulars on the laws and rules governing home schooling in your area, you might click here. |
| Q | How do I Get into this program? |
| A | There are three ways you can get into the program by paying through pay pal: (1) A monthly fee of $8.00 per month. A six month fee of $12.50 and an Annual membership fee of $25.00. Each level offers different services. Click here for the membership program |

| A | By using the links provided. Our pages are constructed using traditional world wide web conventions. |
| Q | Is your program protected from intruders? |
| A | (1). Use discretion and caution in all matters pertaining internet activity. (2) Use the security features built into the latest versions of internet explorer and Netscape navigate. (3) If you child will be working alone on the internet from time to time, use a net nanny program. |

Are the State requirements and standards met by this program. |

Yes. As stated above, the curriculum is a universal curriculum accepted by all school districts. There may be some areas of specialty according to the given school district where you live. The resources used by this program all meet required standards. |
| Q | Are official transcripts issued for work completed while in the program? |
| A | A transcript can be provided. It is up to the parent. There are instructions in the program that the parent must follow in order for Home Educator's Network to provide an up to date transcript. |

| Q | What is your curriculum Like? |
| A | Our curriculum is a universal core curriculum: Math, Science, History, English. There are many electives available also. |
| Q | Do you issue diplomas and certificates? |
| A | The parent of the student issues the diploma. If the parent has provided Home Educator's Network, Inc with valid data that student has completed all requirements. Home Educator's Network, Inc administrator will sign diploma/certificate also. |
| Q | Who can participate in your program? |
| A | All. We will accept any learning-capable person from infancy through senility. This program is available to all regardless of race, color, religious origin, age or ethnic background. |
| Q | I am a new computer user. Is your program user friendly? |
| A | Absolutely! We work hard at keeping our program people friendly. As a part of member services, if you need help on something basic, with reference to this program, you may e-mail us questions. |
| Q | Do you accept suggestions for making your program better? |
| A | Absolutely! We love your suggestions and comments. E-mail us. |
| Q | What about The Compulsory Attendance Laws? |
| A | These laws vary from state to state and district to district. Parent will need to check with their local school district for this information. |
| Q | Does This program provide tests? |
| A | We provide test on subject matter for the parent's use in teaching their children. We also direct you to standardized tests that are online. Some standardized test are required and provided by the local district. In some states, it is a requirement for home schoolers in other states, it is not. Check your local district for their specifications on this matter. |
| Q | Will my child be able to attend a College or University upon completion of this program. |
| A | If all instructions are followed by parent and student, in fulfillment of the requirements of the local school district requirements in conjunction with this program. |
| Q | Does this program meet the requirements of the local education agency. |
| A | As stated above, this program uses the universal curriculum of the core subjects. (English, Mathematics, Science History). These are the basic requirements. Parent will need to consult the local district or state agency for other requirements and implement those requirements. You might start here. |
